Welcome to NAB

Install on your phone

NAB is a Progressive Web App. Install it to your home screen and it works exactly like a native app. No app store required.

Open in Safari

NAB must be opened in Safari for install to work. If you are in Chrome or another browser, copy the URL and paste it into Safari.

Tap the Share button

At the bottom of Safari, tap the Share icon (the box with an arrow pointing up). It sits in the middle of the bottom toolbar.

Tap "Add to Home Screen"

Scroll down the share sheet until you see "Add to Home Screen". Tap it, then tap "Add" in the top right corner.

Open from your home screen

NAB now appears on your home screen with its icon. Open it from there and it runs full screen, just like a native app.

Open in Chrome

On Android, Chrome works best. Open nabbudget.com/app in Chrome.

Tap the three-dot menu

In the top right corner of Chrome, tap the three vertical dots to open the browser menu.

Tap "Add to Home screen"

Select "Add to Home screen" from the menu. You may also see a banner at the bottom of the page offering to install it. Either works.

Confirm and open

Tap "Add" to confirm. NAB appears on your home screen. Open it from there for the full-screen experience.

Open in Chrome or Edge

Desktop install works in Chrome and Edge. Open nabbudget.com/app in one of those browsers.

Look for the install icon

In the address bar on the right side, you should see a small install icon (a computer with a down arrow). Click it.

Click "Install"

A prompt appears asking if you want to install NAB. Click Install. It will open in its own window without browser chrome.

Find it in your apps

NAB is now pinned to your taskbar or dock. Open it any time just like a regular desktop app.
